Chowifornia requires a $400 NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to be placed on our waiting list. This deposit will be deducted from the purchase price. Deposits can be made by cash,Venmo, CashApp, and Zelle.  

Families/individuals are placed on our waiting list in the order of the date deposits are received. Puppies will be offered in the same chronological order as received deposits according to the sex and color preferences chosen. Families/individuals should have some idea of what they desire in a puppy prior to placing a deposit such as; color, sex and a second choice in a puppy. However, this is not required in order to be placed on our waiting list. You can require a certain litter but it is in no way guaranteed. Before placing a deposit with us, please be certain that you are willing to wait for your special puppy.  Here at Chowifornia we will do our best to fulfill the requests of our families, but genetic being what they are, we can not predict how many pups will be produced or the sex and sometimes color that will result from any breeding or if the breeding will be successful and produce puppies at all. 

HOW THIS WORKS

With every litter that is born, buyers will be provided with numerous photos/ detailed information on each puppy and a telephone consultation to answer any questions and or concerns the buyer may have. Buyers are given the chance to EITHER pick out of the available puppies at their pick spot, or PASS and roll their deposit over for future litters and keep bumping up the list in priority.  Buyers do not commit to a particular upcoming litter as Chowifornia does not control what colors / genders will be born. Buyers will have 24 hours to choose their reservation pick before the remaining pups are made available to the next buyer. Please ensure we have a phone number and working email so that we can easily get a hold of you during the pick process.
